Greek-style Pizza with Olives

fresh tomatoIngredients:

2 teaspoons olive oil
1 (6-oz.) bag prewashed baby spinach
1 (10-oz.) Italian cheese-flavored thin pizza crust (such as Boboli)
3/4 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 (2 ¼ -oz.) can sliced ripe black olives, drained

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C) -and then heat some oil in a large skillet over med-high heat. Add spinach into the skillet and saute for 3 minutes (until lightly wilted)

2. Place the pizza crust onto a baking sheet and spread the sauce over the dough surface. Be sure to leave a ½ inch border around the whole edge.

3. Top the dough with baby spinach, feta cheese, peppers, and olives.

4. Place into the oven and bake for 15 minutes until golden brown. Slice into 12 wedges and serve.
